The body and arms are strapped into the main leather covered frame by three padded leather straps, with the legs secured at thigh, below knee and ankle into the two dividing leg frames of the unit.

The leg frames can be opened to approx 30 degrees giving good access to the genitals and arse, and the whole frame can be inverted through 180 degrees rendering the prisoner very vulerable and disorientated.
