The short suspension bar, 380mm long is made from 20mmm round steel bar evenly suspended by two 30cm lengths of heavy duty steel chain attached to a welded O ring. There are four attachment points, two 50mm D rings for suspension loading and two 35mm D rings ideal for attaching wrist or ankle cuffs.
