For upside down suspension, these are the most effective restraints available. Designed by Fetters and copied by everyone else, our version is still the best because of the quality of leather and components we use. Weight is evenly distributed over the top of the foot rather than around the ankles. Two straps around the back of the foot hold the heavily rivetted belting leather stirrups firmly in place, whilst two large D rings at the base of the stirrups hook together to hold the victim securely upside down. Can be used directly attached to suspension ropes, but better if used with one of our short suspension bars
