Thickly padded leg straps and heavy padding at the hips make this about as comfortable as a suspension harness can get. Very adjustable at the front and back with a chest strap to prevent falling forward. Because you literally sit in it when in suspension this is a very versatile piece of equipment for all sorts of games, particulary when the legs are pulled up and wide apart!
