  • How do I use the wishlist?

    A wishlist is a great way of for you to save all your favourite items in one handy area so you can come back and browse them later. To make a wishlist you will need a Recon Store account; sign up here. To add an item to your wishlist, simply click the “add to wishlist” link next to the item. close

  • I'm missing an item from my order!

    If your order contains Fetters items, Electro gear, Furniture (including Slings) or Rubber goods these items may be dispatched separately to the rest of your order. We will always endeavour to let you know when this will happen. Please contact us if you are concerned we have missed an item. close

  • My country isn't listed; am I unable to order?

    We are able to accept orders from most countries, even if they are not currently enabled on the site. Please contact us and we will process your order "offline". All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address as an credit card fraud security precaution. close

  • Can I send you cash or a cheque for my order?

    At this time we only accept Credit Cards online. close

  • Can I use PayPal to pay for my order?

    Currently we do not accept PayPal as a means of payment as payments for adult services are against their terms and conditions. close
