
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

By placing an order at the Recon Store, you declare that you are of the legal age in your country to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.
All Recon Store offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Products will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class, Special Delivery, Air Mail, Airsure or UPS according to your shipping selection. Recon Store reserves the right to substitute alternative equivalent postal providers/couriers where necessary. Certain products may need to be signed for upon receipt.
Recon cannot take responsibility for damage or injury incurred whilst using our products. We are not able to accept responsibility for items which are delayed, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities.
We fully comply with the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Recon Points have no cash value and cannot be used for any purpose other than redeeming against products specified by ourselves. At no time will reward points be available to be refunded for their cash value.
We may from increase or decrease your point total in respect to website errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned or suspected fraud, for which we have full authority and final say.
