  • Changing and cancelling your order

    In nearly all circumstances, it's not possible to make changes or add items to your to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. We will endeavour to jointly ship these orders and you may be liable for a postage refund although this is not always possible due to packing constraints.

    If you need to change details of your delivery address or cancel your order completely, please contact us at eustore@recon.com or using our contact form . Please quote your order number or the process may be delayed.

    If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

    Payments to the Recon Store will be listed in your account as "T101 Ltd, London, UK".

  • Tracking your Order

    If your service includes tracking information, you can log in to your account and track your order. Once you have logged in you will be presented with an order overview - clicking on any of your orders will bring up any relevant information including tracking numbers. If there is no tracking number present and you believe there should be, please contact us .

  • Missing/Incomplete Orders

    If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, please view your order online by logging into your account and follow the steps below:

    • Please check to see if your order has been despatched.
    • If your order hasn't been dispatched, please check to see if it contains Rubber, Electro, Furniture or Fetters gear as these can be subject to lead times. For more information please see our Made to Order section.
    • If your order has been despatched, it can take up to 20 days to be delivered unless you have selected Royal Mail Special Delivery, Value Courier or another timed courier services. Please wait the 20 day period from date of despatch before contacting us regarding an order.

    If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the shipping confirmation email sent to you, please contact us .

  • Packaging & Packing Materials

    Whilst packaging your order, some items may be removed from shop style blister packaging and sealed into polythene bags to facilitate ease of packing and postage.

    We make every effort to use recyclable materials when packing your order. Please see if you can recycle these with your local authority. The packing peanuts we use are made of biodegradable cornstarch and can be dissolved safely with water.

    We also often use re purposed packing materials from shipments sent to us to help protect the environment. You may receive a mix of internal packing materials in your order - some of these may be recyclable, please check with your local authority.
