Recon Store Closing

Our aim at Recon is to enable our members to master their fetish evolution by connecting likeminded guys online via our app, website and offline at our events.

We are extremely proud that our store has provided many of you with the tools to explore your fetish to the fullest for the last 13 years, however after much consideration, we are sad to announce that the Recon Store (recon.com/store) will be closing on 30th November 2017.

We have ambitious plans for Recon, and in order achieve these plans, we had to take a step back and re-evaluate all aspects of Recon and the resources available, this then means we can focus on those that better service you and enable us to take a leap forward.

As a member, you can look forward to more improvements to the platforms, the introduction of new fetish interest categories which we’re really excited about and an announcement on Fetish Week London as well as other Recon parties for 2018!

Though we’re sad to announce the closure of the store, we’re happy to inform you that almost everything in stock now has up to 50% off!

Please note due to the high volume of orders expected that as of the 3rd of November, we may take an extra 2 business days to dispatch your order. Please take this into account when placing your order and opting for any timed services. Any guaranteed services will be timed from their point of dispatch.

ARE YOU GETTING ANY ITEMS BACK INTO STOCK?

We will not be getting any items back into stock - once they are sold, they're gone. There may be a small chance the odd size may re-appear due to a return or exchange.

WILL YOU STILL ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Yes - we fully stand by our returns and exchanges policies up until the final applicable date. After this point, we will accept returns only, subject to our returns policy.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY AFTER YOU HAVE CLOSED?

We will fully comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item develops an issue then we will process it accordingly.  After the 30th of November, we will not be able to repair or replace items, so you may either claim a price reduction or refund depending on your wishes.  This will be processed via a cheque.

WHAT IF MY ITEM HAS A WARRANTY?

The only items we carry/have carried with a warranty are the E-Stim Electro Boxes and Premium Electrodes. The warranty will still stand so keep your order confirmation email and they will be happy to help directly. If you'd like a copy of your confirmation email again, just let us know.
