  • Returns

    We comply fully with the EU Distance Selling Regulations. You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 working days of receiving your goods.* If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, you will need to email us within 7 working days of receiving your and gain returns authorisation. You then have 30 days to return the item(s). The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. Items should be returned with all original packaging in the same condition as it arrived. When returning the item to us please take reasonable care as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable postal service for this. Unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Any replacement item/s will be dependent on us having the item you require in stock. We will refund your returns shipping (up to a limit of your original shipment cost plus 20%) upon provision of a postal receipt or the amount being clearly marked on the packet. Items from Recon Store ranges such as Electro, Rubber and Fetters gear will be subject to the usual lead times.

    After this time returns will be considered but will be at our discretion (unless faulty or within a specific warranty period) and postage may not be refunded. Please email us if you have any questions.

    Under the terms and conditions of the Distance Selling Regulations we have the right to refuse returns (unless faulty) due to the nature of the items. These items include underwear, cockrings, cocksheathes, ballstretchers, nipple toys, dildos, gags, butt plugs, genital, and medical toys. We also reserve the right to refuse returns of Made to Order/Customised items (including rubber and furniture).

    *Excluding the USA & Rest of World.

    All returns and exchanges are normally processed within two working days of receipt.

  • Exchanges

    Upon receipt of your package, please inspect the goods carefully. If you feel that the items that you purchased are not to your liking or you have ordered the wrong size, please email us and let us know. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation to send the item to us. Items have to be returned with all original packaging in the same condition as it arrived (unless faulty).

    We will then replace the item with the size of your choice (where possible) or offer a suitable item in exchange.   • Cancelling your Order

    In nearly all circumstances, it's not possible to make changes or add items to your to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. We will endeavour to jointly ship these orders and you may be liable for a postage refund although this is not always possible due to packing constraints.

    If you need to change details of your delivery address or cancel your order completely, please contact us at eustore@recon.com or using our contact form. Please quote your order number or the process may be delayed.

    If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
