  • Delivery Information

    Orders received before 4pm GMT are normally sent out the same working day.  This does not apply to Fetters gear, Electro Gear, Furniture (including Slings and Benches) or Rubber goods, and some products featured in One Hit Wednesday Campaigns.

    Orders placed after 4pm GMT will not be processed until the next working day. This includes guaranteed delivery services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ and our 48 Hour Courier.

    All packages are shipped discreetly in plain packaging with no indication of origin or contents.

    We ship Monday - Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and Packstations but any parcels returned undelivered from these services are liable to be charged to the customer for redelivery. If the customer cancels their order after shipment has been returned then the order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, plus any return charges incurred.

    If your order contains Fetters, Electro, Furniture (including Slings) or Rubber gear, these items may be dispatched separately to the rest of your order. Please see our Made to Order page for more details.

    If for any reason a parcel is returned to us for redelivery, the cost of resending the order is the customer's responsibility. If the customer cancels their order after shipment has been returned then the order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, plus any return charges incurred.

    Please do not leave instructions regarding delivery in the order comments box as our shippers will not always be able to take note of them.

  • Shipping Methods

    Depending on your choice and location your order will normally be dispatched by:

    We reserve the right to substitute alternative equivalent postal providers/couriers where necessary.

    *Special Delivery is by 1pm the next working day, and does not include Saturday or Bank Holidays.

    Next Day Courier

    This service is fulfilled using Interlink Express and is available for the UK Mainland (not including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles).

    • Next day is one full working day from date of dispatch. - Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.
    • If you do not provide a functioning, monitored email address or telephone number and choose this service, any delivery guarantees are null and void
    • If you request shipment (via Interlink) to an address that is not the original shipping address provided, your shipment may be delayed by one working day.
    • Any Made to Order items ordered with this service will still take their indicated working weeks to manufacture.
    Value Courier

    This shipping selection will use a courier who provides us the cheapest quote for your package - couriers include UPSDHLInterlink Express and Fedex. Other couriers may be used.

    • If you choose this service and do not provide a telephone number then your order may be considerably delayed.
    • The indicated service time (2 - 5 days etc.) is an approximation and not guaranteed.
    • The approximated days are based on full working days (starting the day after shipment) - Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.
    • Any Made to Order items ordered with this service will still take their indicated working weeks to manufacture.
    Delivery Guarantees

    The only services the Recon Store guarantees in a specified timeframe are:

    • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ - delivered or carded for redelivery/collection by next working day by 1pm.
    • Next Day Courier - delivered or carded for redelivery/collection in one full working days from date of despatch. If you do not provide a functioning, monitored email address or telephone number and choose this service, any delivery guarantees are null and void. If you request shipment to an address that is not the original shipping address provided, your shipment may be delayed by one working day.
    Returned Parcels & Redelivery

  • Customs & Tax

    All product prices shown on the Recon Store are inclusive of any applicable VAT. This means that the total price you pay for your gear is always the same, regardless of whether or not VAT is chargeable on our sale of the product.

    Where you have requested delivery to a UK or EU address, the price paid for the product will usually include VAT, and a separate VAT line will be shown on your invoice.

    Where you are not a UK resident and you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, the products will normally be zero-rated and not subject to UK VAT, but the price paid by you for the products will remain the same as shown on the Recon Store.

    For goods imported into non EU Countries local customs charges may apply. It is your responsibility to pay these charges including the handling fees and duty on your goods.

    We will accurately but sensitively fill out Customs Forms for applicable countries. We will not reduce the indicated value of a package for you, please do not request this.
