Access and use of our Web site, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may choose not to use this site or contact us to ask for further information. A contract between eustore.recon.com and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched.

Fulfilment

Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. Payment is taken from your credit card at the time you place the order. Once you have placed an order with The Recon Store an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid email address so you can receive these emails.

The Recon Store reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that such prices are accurate, the Recon Store reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.

Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online, if you would wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us at eustore@recon.com or use or the contact form. If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived you are entitled to return them for a refund or replacement unless made to order or intimate in nature. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

Instructions regarding delivery in the order comments box are not guaranteed to be followed as our shippers will not always be able to comply with them.

Shipment Information

  • If you choose the Value Courier shipping method and do not provide a telephone number then your order may be considerably delayed.
  • The indicated service time for the Value Courier shipping method (2 - 5 days etc.) is an approximation and not guaranteed.
  • The approximated days are based on full working days (starting the day after shipment) - Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.
  • The maximum time for Value Courier shipments to be delivered is 10 working days from date of shipment - you MUST inform us after this point if the parcel has not arrived.

The only services the Recon Store guarantees in a specified time frame are:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ - delivered or carded for redelivery/collection by next working day by 1pm.
  • Next Working Day Courier - delivered or carded for redelivery/collection in one full working days from date of dispatch. If you do not provide a functioning, monitored email address or mobile telephone number and choose this service, any delivery guarantees are null and void. If you request shipment to an address that is not the original shipping address provided, your shipment may be delayed by one working day.
  • Two Working Day Courier - delivered or carded for redelivery/collection in two full working days from date of dispatch. If you do not provide a functioning, monitored email address or mobile telephone number and choose this service, any delivery guarantees are null and void. If you request shipment to an address that is not the original shipping address provided, your shipment may be delayed by one working day.

Other Shipment timeframes:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 is due next working day after after posting, but can take up to 7 working days after due date.*
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is due 2 working days after after posting, but can take up to 7 working days after due date.*
  • Royal Mail International Standard (formerly Royal Mail Airmail) is due 3 - 5 working days in Europe, 5 to 7 working days for Rest of World but can take up to 20 working days for Europe, and 25 working days for Rest of World.
  • Royal Mail International Signed (formerly Royal Mail International Signed For™) is due 3 - 5 working days in Europe, 5 to 7 working days for Rest of World but can take up to 20 working days for Europe, and 25 working days for Rest of World.
  • Royal Mail International Tracked (formerly Royal Mail Mail Airsure®) is due 3 - 5 working days in Europe, 5 to 7 working days for Rest of World but can take up to 20 working days for Europe, and 25 working days for Rest of World.
  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed is due 3 - 5 working days in Europe, 5 to 7 working days for Rest of World but can take up to 20 working days after for Europe, and 25 working days for Rest of World.

*Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Services include email/SMS updates from Royal Mail. If you include a full UK mobile telephone number (beginning with 07) with your order then updates will be sent to your phone via SMS.

If you do not receive a delivery within the allotted timeframe, please contact us once the full working days allowance is up. We will not resend orders until the full service course selected for that shipment has run (see above).

Customs Charges

When you make a purchase from the Recon Store and opt to have it delivered to a non-EU country, the customer named on the shipping address becomes the liable importer.

For goods imported into non EU Countries local customs charges may apply. It is your responsibility to pay these charges including the handling fees and duty on your goods. All services we ship with outside of the EU include use of a Customs Broker in their services (UPS, Fedex etc.) They will contact you if your shipment requires duty/tax/handling fees.

If a customer refuses to pay any applicable customs fees for their shipment, and then cancels their order after shipment has been returned/abandoned, then the order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, plus any return charges incurred.

We will accurately but sensitively fill out Customs Forms for applicable countries. We will not reduce the indicated value of a package for you, please do not request this.

Free UK Shipping

Royal Mail Tracked 48

The Recon Store offers free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping for all UK addresses (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight) for orders over £30 with shipments up to 5kg (a limit set by Royal Mail).

Next Working Day Courier

The Recon Store offers free Next Working Day Courier on orders over £30 with combined shipments over 5kg and on selected individual items* that are not able to be carried by the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our free Next Working Day Courier to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight*. There are discounted two working day courier rates available for these items.

Important Note

Payment and Security

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. For your security, all our credit card transactions are processed by Sagepay. Sagepay ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details. We also accept PayPal payments - they also ensure that your details are encrypted and held securely.

Payments to the Recon Store will be listed in your bank account statement as "T101 Ltd, London, UK".

Cancellations, Return to Sender, Shipment Refusals & Customs Refusals

Europe

Cancelling an order already dispatched or in transit is generally not possible (we will always advise accordingly) - we always recommend following our standard returns procedure in this case.

If for any reason beyond our control a parcel is returned to us for redelivery, the cost of resending the order is the customer's responsibility. If the customer then cancels their order after shipment has been sent then returned then the order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, plus any return charges incurred.

If a customer refuses their shipment, and then cancels their order after shipment has been refused then the order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, plus any return charges incurred.

Rest of World

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England OR the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at the Recon Store’s election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and the Recon Store, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this web site or any Linked site in the event that the Recon Store have elected England as the jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and the Recon Store. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of T101 Limited.

None of the above affects your statutory rights under English Law.

Cancelling & Returning an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you reside within the EU, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel and return an order for goods starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods via separate shipments, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of your goods delivered.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations enables you to cancel your order by writing, fax and email. For the fastest way to cancel your order, please either email us eustore@recon.com or submit a request through our Recon Store Helpdesk.

Once you have cancelled your order, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the goods are faulty.

You will get a refund within 14 days of either us getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office/tracking number), whichever is the sooner.

We will refund you the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic cost.

Exemptions

You don't have a right to cancel goods (unless faulty) that have a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons where the seal is broken. These items include underwear, cockrings, cocksheathes, ballstretchers, nipple toys, dildos, gags, butt plugs, genital, and medical toys. We also reserve the right to refuse returns of Made to Order/Customised items (including rubber and furniture).
